Fring is a software which enables to make free calls to your friends. Fring uses the platform of gtalk, skype, twitter. You can make mobile to mobile if the two users have installed fring. This is absolutely free.
It is not mandatory that both users should have fring to make calls from mobile to PC. The person calling from mobile should have fring, but the PC user can use Gtalk or skype or related IM.
