Create invisible folder in windows & xp by using follwing tricks. The folder will not be hidden but will be invisible to eyes, as it’ll be same as background & it’s icon is like that.

Steps are below:-
1)Right Click on the desktop.Make a new folder
2)Now rename the folder to a unnamed one (to do this u have to hold ALT key and type 0160 or hold on Alt key and type 255(numlock should be on & use numpads ) ).
3)Now u have a folder with out a name.
4)Right click on the folder>properties>customize. Click on change icon.
5)Scroll a bit, u should find some empty spaces,(empty or blank iconimage) Click on any one of them. Press ok.

its cool but you cant do that to more than to 2 folders in the same folder because of the “file already with that name problem”

to make 2 folders in same dir, type the combination 2ce ie 1 folder would be ‘ ‘ and the other ‘ ‘ (double space)

I cannot able to delete this folder

ya right, ive i know about it but in school the computer doesnt let you right click is there another way???

great trickkk !!!! it rly works 😀

I followed these steps to the letter but my folder is invisible but the name New Folder is still visible. I am using Windows XP on a laptop. Not sure if this works on laptops as well as desktops.

I don’t think there is a difference between laptops and desktops in using this method

Well I have a USB keyboard that does NOT have a NUMPAD.This invisible folder trick ,apparently, works only when you have a numpad and type the numbers from a numpad.I have tried it out with a keyboard that HAS a NUMPAD,and it has worked. This explains the fact that the trick does not work in laptops. This does not even work with the on screen keyboard. Is there any way in which you could do it without the numpad???

it ‘s great
