Most of you may think,the same way I did, when I first read an article on this subject.
How does mind creates matter?
“Your future is the result of your thought process”.
Energy is made up of quanta, energy is present everywhere.These quanta creates matter. Ie vibrations of thought process can create matter.

eg:You dream of owning a great SUV in the near future and starts
working towards the realisation of this dream.When you started dreaming,
your mind and the environment started building your dream car!
Difficult to comprehend.
Believe and act,nothing is impossible.
Start dreaming today itself!
